When "Sister, Sister" ended in 1999, Mowry appeared in shows like "Smart Guy" and movies such as "The Hot Chick." Her role as Melanie Barnett in the series "The Game" marked her transition to more mature and dramatic roles. Mowry is also returning to reality television with her series "My Next Act," previously co-starring on "Tia & Tamera" with her sister from 2011 to 2013.
Mowry is a strong advocate for women’s health, motherhood, and work-life balance. She often shares her personal experiences across various platforms. Balancing her roles as a mother, and career woman, Mowry continues to inspire through her authenticity, resilience, and dedication to her craft.
