Tiffany Pham is recognized as one of the leaders of the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) movement. She is the Founder, CEO, and Chairman of the Board at Mogul, the world’s leading diversity recruitment and HR technology firm.

Referred to as a "Triple Threat" by the Wall Street Journal, Pham has been honored as one of the “Vogue 100”, Forbes "30 Under 30", Business Insider "30 Most Important Women Under 30", ELLE Magazine "30 Women Under 30 Who Are Changing the World," Entrepreneur Magazine "100 Most Powerful Women," Inc. Magazine "Top 100 Female Founders," Crain's Magazine "40 Under 40,” and Staffing Industry Association’s “40 Under 40.”

Pham’s patent-pending software inventions at Mogul now enable recruitment access to 430 million women and diverse professionals across 195 countries. The company was praised by Sheryl Sandberg as “the number one platform” and “the perfect business” by Melinda Gates. Mogul is backed by Softbank, the world’s largest investment fund, as well as Hearst corporation and the founders of Comcast, LinkedIn Learning, and Match.com.

Pham is the author of the Wall Street Journal bestselling books "You Are a Mogul," and "Girl Mogul" as well as a 2013 guide book, "From Business Strategy to IT Roadmap: A Guide for Executives and Board Members."

A TV personality, Pham was a judge on TLC’s “Girl Starter" and has appeared as a guest expert on The History channel’s “The Machines That Built America” and "The Toys That Built America" television series. In 2021 and 2022, she became the face of Lexus, appearing in their “More Than Intelligence” ad campaign. She has appeared in campaigns for Asana, Amazon Audible, Naturalizer, Dell, Captain Morgan, Visa, LUNA, Bumble and bumble, and GoDaddy.

Prior to Mogul, Pham was a business executive in technology and finance, and worked in executive and management roles at CBS, HBO, Credit Suisse, and Goldman Sachs.

She is a graduate of Harvard Business School and Yale, with distinction.
