Tiffany Warren
SVP & Chief Diversity Officer OMNICOM GROUP
Tiffany R. Warren is the SVP, Chief Diversity Officer for Omnicom Group, Executive Director for the Omnicom Diversity Development Advisory Council and President, ADCOLOR®, Inc. She oversees all diversity and inclusion efforts for Omnicom Group including the Omnicom Medgar Evers College Associate Program, Omnicom Diversity Initiatives Group and Omnicom Supplier Diversity. In 2005, while at Arnold NYC, Tiffany founded ADCOLOR® which has launched The ADCOLOR® Awards, The ADCOLOR® Industry Conference, ADCOLOR® Futures and ADCOLOR® University. Before joining Arnold where she served as VP, Director of Multicultural Programs and Community Outreach. Ms. Warren, at the age of 25, became the youngest Manager of Diversity Programs at the 4A's in New York City. For six years, she oversaw all 4A's diversity initiatives, which included the Operation Jumpstart I & II scholarship program and the long-running Multicultural Advertising Intern Program (MAIP) founded in 1973. Ms. Warren is a member of the AAF National Education Executive Committee, 4A's Diversity Committee and AAF Mosaic Center Executive Council. Ms. Warren also serves on the board of directors for ADCOLOR, GLAAD, Together Our Resources Can Help (TORCH),The American Advertising Federation (AAF), The Ghetto Film School (GFS) and The Brotherhood|Sister Sol. She is a co-founder of the Roundtable of Advertising Diversity Executives (RADE) and founded AAF's Mosaic Alumni & Friends Association. She was honored as a 2007 Advertising Age Woman to Watch, featured in Pepsi’s 2008 Black History Calendar entitled "The First of Many" which highlights African-American trailblazers (www.pepsifirsts.com), recipient of The 2008 President's Award from The Advertising Club of New York, the 2008 AAF District 2 "Role Model" Diversity Achievement Award, 2009 NV Magazine Corporate Visionary Award, 2010 AAF Hall of Achievement Inductee and The Jack Avrett Volunteer Award Recipient, 2011 Network Journal "25 Influential Black Women in Business", 2011 Black Enterprise Top Executives in Diversity, 2011 TORCH L.I.G.H.T Award, 2012 AAF Pioneer in Diversity Award (Omnicom Group) and 2013 4A's MAIP Gladiator Award. Tiffany, a native Bostonian and the oldest of ten children (Rodney, Jr., Teisha, Jamaal, Akeem, Rashad, Kashif, Shaquille, Kareem and Alajuwon) is a proud graduate of The Winsor School and Bentley University.
