Mr. Timothy Jenkins, Tim serves as the Chief Executive Officer of 4INFO, Inc. Mr. Jenkins served as Chief Financial Officer of E2open, Inc. until July 2008. Mr. Jenkins was responsible for managing all worldwide company operations related to finance and accounting, human resources, and IT/facilities functions. Mr. Jenkins has 24 years of experience specializing in finance and accounting with computer software, manufacturing and business services companies in both startup and large corporate environments, including over 8 years of experience as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer. Before joining E2open, Mr. Jenkins served as an Independent Consultant working with top-tier venture capital firms such as Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, Asset Management and Great Hill Partners LLC. His responsibilities ranged from consulting on acquisitions in a roll-up strategy in the technology services sector and asset sales/wind-ups of portfolio companies to development of a long-term strategic plan for a boutique real estate firm. In March 2000, he joined Simpata Group, Inc. as Chief Financial Officer. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Simpata Group, Inc. since February 2001. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Paragon Training Partners, Inc. His Chief responsibility upon joining Simpata was to prepare it for an IPO as well as building out infrastructure. From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Jenkins served as Chief Financial Officer at Paragon Training Partners Inc., where he was responsible for overseeing the operations of this information technology training and consulting company with the goal of building the infrastructure necessary to effect the consolidation of IT training companies across the U.S. He also served as Auditor and Management Consultant at KPMG International, European Finance Manager and Controller of the Education Division at Apple Inc., Controller of Sales and Operations at Stratacom Inc., Chief Financial Officer at Creative Wonders and Chief Financial Officer at Academic Systems Corporation. He received his B.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from University of Cincinnati.
