Through his many television appearances on all commercial TV channels, particularly as the presenter of the infamous Demtel commercials, Tim Shaw is a national household name. His credibility and effectiveness has enabled him to sell more than $100 million of product - branding him Australia's most effective sales presenter, host and communicator. Is there anyone who doesn't know who Tim Shaw is? He has permanently altered the Australian vernacular. This is not disputed "But Wait There's More!"

Tim has been the spokesperson for News Limited's Queensland Newspapers Brisbane Courier Mail Classifieds and Sydney's Cumberland Newspaper Group, McDonalds Family Restaurants, The Hunter Douglas Starlite Window Coverings range, Pizza Hut, and the face of Nettlefold Outdoor Advertising just to name a few. He was the 'Voice of the Rocks 'on Sydney Harbour and was a Sydney New South Wales 2000 team member at the Sydney Media Centre, Darling Island during the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games coordinating TV media in the Rocks Precinct.

An accomplished radio broadcaster, Tim has hosted his own program. The Tim Shaw Show on Sydney Radio 873 2GB after four very successful years as the host of the summer series on Sydney's Radio 2UE afternoon program.

Demand for Tim's services for television campaigns, radio and press advertisements, Ecommerce marketing strategies, corporate videos, conference keynote, education and training seminars and award presentations continue to grow.

Tim is best known for his natural ability to convince an audience of the value, benefit and effectiveness of a product or service and he does it with a brilliant smile.

A born communicator, he started out aged 17 as an auto electrical apprentice, Tim progressed from travelling salesman to sales and marketing director of a leading electronics importer. He contributed significantly to the growth of the company's annual turnover from under $1 million to $15 million per year. Tim's next position, as general manager of a national telephone company, was one of the most challenging of his life.

In 1992, Tim started his own telecommunications small business with the central force of the company being quality customer service. Tim came to national prominence through the Demtel commercials from 1992 to 1995. He has since proven his effectiveness in all areas of media presentation. He is also a best selling author. Tim's first book, "Best Seller - Tim Shaw's Sales Success Secrets", was in the top 50 books sold in 1995 and it became a "Best Seller" itself! But Wait there’s more, the man can even act!

Tim's involvement with various charities has resulted in over 2 million dollars raised through his unique and entertaining Master of Ceremony and auction skills. He toured Australia with Martin Luther King III for the 2002 Dinner for Reconciliation Program. Tim has been an Australia Day Council Ambassador since 1996.
