Timothy Jordan joined Google in 2010 as a Developer Advocate. Today he works with publishers and media companies to help them get the most out of the Google+ platform.

Jordan has taught broadcasting, theater, programming and various forms of new media at the University of California at Santa Cruz, the Academy of Art University and the Digital Media Academy.

Jordan has a bachelor's degree in computer engineering, a theater arts graduate degree, and an MFA in digital arts and new media from UC Santa Cruz. In his spare time, he announces for the Santa Cruz Derby Girls and the Silicon Valley Roller Girls. He also loves solving problems and believes in improving life through science and art.
