Tina Eskridge is the Marketing Global Excellence Lead at Microsoft, where she maintains strategic responsibility for Marketing Analytics, Digital Marketing, Marketing Technology, and Inclusive Marketing with a deep focus on delivering a best in class experience for each and every one of their customers. She is a global marketing executive with experience that spans both large and small B2B and B2C enterprises with expertise in marketing, product launch, product management, and strategic operations. As a natural-born leader, she is apt at recognizing talent in others in order to build and retain amazing, high-performing teams. She is a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion and more importantly a person who leads with empathy. For 3.5 years she was honored to lead Microsoft’s Black Employee Resource Group in partnership with the Chief Diversity Office and proudly serve as Executive Sponsor to one of my alma matters, Howard University.

Her 20+ years of experience include: Multi-channel marketing, including all digital and direct mediums: DRTV, direct mail, affiliate, print advertising, paid search, paid social, web, events, mobile, CRM and telemarketing; marketing plans resulting in continuous, improved brand awareness measurements; customer acquisition and retention strategy; optimizing strategic partnerships; working with C-suite executives from Fortune 500 enterprises across the globe.

She is an active board member and angel investor focused on supporting purpose-driven enterprises.
