Titi Cole is responsible for growing product revenue, driving internal partnerships, strategic planning, business operations and national sales performance in Business Banking. She also oversees the Bank of America, N.A. relationship and the joint venture (Bank of America Merchant Services) with First Data Corporation serving merchant customers in Retail Banking, Small Business, Business Banking, Global Commercial Banking and Corporate Banking. With more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Cole has held senior roles at BMO Harris Bank and McKinsey & Company. Cole is a leader on the Bank of America Global Diversity & Inclusion Council and is a member of the Black Professional Group and LEAD for Women employee networks at Bank of America.
