Todd Penegor served as President and Chief Executive Officer of The Wendy's Company, an international fast food chain, from May 2016 to February 2024, and prior to that as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2013 to 2016.

He previously served in various senior leadership roles at Kellanova (formerly Kellogg Company) from 2000 to 2013, including President of U.S. Snacks from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, he served in various roles at Ford Motor Company from 1989 to 2000. Mr. Penegor has served on the board of directors of Ball Corporation since October 2019, and Dutch Bros Inc since June 2024.
