Dr. Todd Perla, a board-certified family practitioner, served in the U.S. Navy for twenty-four years both in the United States and abroad, retiring with the rank of captain/O6. He has been an elder, deacon, and adult Sunday school teacher in various churches. His study of prophecy and the end times has spanned 23 years and resulted in his writing this book. Todd, his wife, and their two teenagers currently reside in Lake City, Florida, where Dr. Perla works in a local hospital emergency room. Net proceeds from this book go to Voice of the Martyrs, a ministry that has served the global persecuted church for more than forty years.
