Head of Global Financial Planning & M&A at The Kraft Heinz Company​

Tom Dadon is the Head of Global Financial Planning & M&A at The Kraft Heinz Company. Dadon joined Kraft Heinz in 2015, first as the Director and Head of North America Budget and Business Planning and later was promoted to Head of Global Finance Planning and Mergers and Acquisitions.

Previously, Dadon as a Private Equity Associate for 3G Capital, where he executed all phases of Heinz's $50bn+ merger with Kraft Foods, including screening, modeling, diligence, announcement, and closing. Prior to working at 3G Capital, Dadon worked as an Investing Banking Analyst for Centerview Partners where he was an advisor to Lorillard on its $27.4bn sale to Reynolds American.

He attended Duke University​ where he was a member of Alpha Epsilon Pi​ and Phi Beta Kappa​, and graduated with a BS in Economics with a Concentration in Finance.

Dadon was chosen to the Forbes 30 Under 30​ list for 2018 in the category of Finance.
