Tom Flick is a former NFL quarterback turned leadership expert and sought-after public speaker. After a successful collegiate football career at the University of Washington, Flick was drafted by the Washington Redskins in the 1981 NFL Draft. Over the course of his seven-year professional football career, he played for the New England Patriots, Cleveland Browns, San Diego Chargers, and New York Jets, serving as backup to NFL great Dan Fouts in San Diego.
Since retiring from the NFL, Flick has established himself as a respected authority on leadership, change management, high-performing teams, and accelerating performance. He has worked with some of the world's top organizations, including NASA, Microsoft, Starbucks, Amazon, American Express, Google, and the Pentagon.
