Tom Spitale has a passion for helping organizations apply customer-centric principles to their unique competitive circumstances. He has helped some of the world's best companies evolve from organizing themselves around products to putting customers at the center of their enterprise.

Tom is a dynamic facilitator who has led engagements with companies around the world in healthcare, financial services, direct marketing, high tech, manufacturing, and distribution businesses. He specializes in helping companies achieve above-average profit margins by meeting customer needs more efficiently than the competition.

As one of the most experienced consultants in the field of Customer Relationship Management, Tom has helped develop a world-class set of tools and strategies for creating, measuring, and promoting strategies at companies implementing customer-centric technologies.

Before joining Impact Planning Group, Tom worked as a Senior Consultant and Principal at Peppers and Rogers Group. Prior to that, he held senior marketing positions at GE Capital and Sam's Club.

Tom graduated from the University of Akron in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. He and his family live in Tampa, Florida. In addition to his passion for work and family, Tom is an avid golfer.
