Serial Entrepreneur and Startup Investor, Author, Advisor and Instructor at the University of California Berkeley, Tommaso has built four tech startups from scratch, and has two exits under his belt. Married to the love of his life, and father to two wonderful boys, Tommaso is a passionate gourmet foodie who has lived on three continents and speaks six languages.

Tommaso is passionate about sharing his lessons learned from nearly two decades of entrepreneurial tech expertise as a frequent keynote speaker and advisor to startup accelerators such as Google Launchpad, Draper University, and The Alchemist, and as well serves the roles of guest lecturer at Stanford University, and instructor at UC Berkeley. He shares his journey actively on his invitation-only group on Facebook, called What It Takes.

Based in Silicon Valley, Tommaso’s current projects include Awesm Ventures, an early stage investment firm that, unlike others, partners with mobility corporations to drive external innovation by leveraging data-driven startups, and The Siliconval.ly Institute, an educational organization bringing the Silicon Valley DNA to Latam, Asia, and Africa.

His current mission is to contribute to reducing the failure rate for innovation by helping tech companies gain traction and corporates innovation.
