Host of MTV's "Jerks with Cameras" & Comedian Known for His Roles in "Whitney" and "Bad Judge"

Born Michael Anthony Bell II in Decatur, Georgia, Tone Bell began his career in Dallas comedy clubs before relocating to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting and comedy. Shortly after his move, Tone won the Stand-up NBC Diversity talent search and signed a development deal with the network. Tone stars on NBS’s new comedy, “People are Talking,” opposite Mark Paul Gosselaar as his neighbor and best friend. Following his role as RJ the bartender in NBC’s sitcom, “Whitney,” Tone hosted MTVs hidden camera show, “Jerks with Cameras,” with TV appearances including E!’s “Chelsea Lately,” Comedy Central’s “Key and Peele,” and GSN’s “Mind of a Man.” Tone most recently starred as Tedward the Bailiff in NBC’s sitcom, “Bad Judge.” Tone has appeared on talk shows including CBS’ “Late Night Show with Craig Ferguson” and NBC’s “Last Call with Carson Daly” as a performer and guest. Tone is also a writer, recently selling a comedy script to FX. Tone has been a fixture in the stand-up community and continues to tour the country.
