He also regularly trains other Coaches, Trainers, Speakers, HR professionals and change facilitators to help them them to perform at a higher level of effectiveness in their work.

Tony combines a blend of NLP, DiSC, Emotional Intelligence and other powerful approaches that he has developed through modelling excellence. He takes an'inside out' approach to success - when people align their thoughts, perceptions, beliefs, values, identity and purpose with their goals, their 'resource gates' open up and everything starts to fall into place.
