Tracey Massey, president of Mars Chocolate North America, is responsible for leading North American sales and operations for Mars Chocolate, the world’s largest chocolate manufacturer. She is focused on delivering exceptional customer service, consumer insights and innovation across Mars Chocolate North America and most recently lead the successful launch of both M&M’S® Crispy and DOVE® Fruits in 2015.

With over 20 years of experience at Mars, Tracey oversees a multi-billion dollar portfolio of iconic global brands that include M&M’S®, SNICKERS®, MILKY WAY®, TWIX®, 3MUSKETEERS® and DOVE®. Prior to her current role, Tracey was global chief financial officer for Mars Chocolate, which produces 3 of the top 5 global chocolate brands. She has sales in over 80 countries and employed more than 16,000 associates across the world.

While at Mars in Europe, Tracey held various manufacturing and finance positions in the drinks and electronics divisions. She also worked for Mars Petcare for 12 years, serving as a plant director and in financial planning.

Tracey holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Loughborough University in England and is a qualified management accountant in the U.K., accredited through the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). Meet Tracey Massey
