Whether he is presenting business development workshops to associates and partners in law firms, facilitating vision and mission setting sessions for executive teams, or delivering high-impact customer service programs to front line managers, Trever’s upbeat and dynamic style keeps participants engaged, alert, and learning. He has been described as "highly motivational with contagious enthusiasm and energy."
Over the years, Trever’s work has appeared on CBS Evening News with Dan Rather, in ADWEEK Magazine, U.S. News and World Report, and Success magazines. He is a published author and writer on the subjects of leadership, the customer experience, internal branding, and organizational culture. He has received numerous industry awards, including recognition from the New York TV and Film Festival, as well as several Cappie, Crystal, and Silver Microphone awards.
A former ad agency/PR firm owner for many years, Trever has worked with a broad range of government and non-government organizations in both the United States and the Middle East, including: Kuwait Petroleum Corporation, the Kansas Department of Transportation, Oregon Tourism Commission, Washington Lottery, California Lottery, Continental Airlines, the International Quality and Productivity Council, The U.S. Small Business Administration, and Easter Seals. In addition, he has served as a guest instructor at Harvard and Stanford Law schools and at Portland State University.
Trever’s work focuses primarily on helping client organizations get clear, get focused and get moving on their most important strategic, organizational and operational challenges. He also facilitates high-stakes, issue-based discussions with diverse stakeholder groups where reaching a common ground is imperative in order to move forward.
He is currently the founding partner of Coraggio Group.

Trever is happy to customize any speech to fit the exact need of the client organization. This requires as much advance notice as possible as he likes to talk to several people inside the company to get a broad feel for what is needed, how people are thinking and feeling, and what they believe would constitute a memorable and valuable experience.
DURATION:
Keynote speeches are generally 50 minutes to one hour. All keynote speeches can be delivered in either a half or full-day learning experience. Trever often meets with the executive team of client organizations to discuss the content of the speech at a deeper, more practical level (this is optional for the meeting planner to determine).
