Tricia Taylor is Senior Vice President & General Manager, The Breakers Palm Beach, one of America’s legendary oceanfront resort destinations.

As Senior Vice President and General Manager, Taylor focuses on upholding the ideals that put The Breakers on the map 121 years ago —gracious service and unforgettable seaside glamour—but also embracing the new.

Her pivotal leadership role focuses on team member culture and the guest experience, to ensure an inspired workforce of 2,000 fully-engaged employees drives customer satisfaction.

Taylor who began her career at New York's Waldorf-Astoria, and joined The Breakers in 1996, advancing to hotel manager while earning her MBA from Florida Atlantic University. She was promoted to general manager in 2010 and then to senior vice president in 2015, reporting to Paul Leone, CEO of Flagler System Inc.

A graduate of Cornell's School of Hotel Administration.
