Yoga Educator, Personal Trainer & Nutrition Consultant

Trin Perkins, Yoga educator, personal trainer and nutrition consultant, started personal training in 2011 and in working with women of all fitness levels and backgrounds. When Perkins began her own fitness journey, and she began taking a closer look at the advice available for women about personal fitness, she realized it all revolved around strict diets and more exercise. However, the more she trained, the more she realized that accomplishing anything external started with conquering the internal first. That inside work, or “deep work,” became less about aesthetics and more about creating and living her best life every day.

Perkin's life's work is helping women approach their fitness goals from the inside out to become more productive, stronger and to take responsibility for their success.
