Trish Costello is founder and CEO of Portfolia, an investing platform designed for accredited investors to green-light the entrepreneurial companies, teams and products they want to see in the marketplace. With a special focus on engaging the 7 million affluent women who can technically invest in start-ups, Portfolia focuses in areas for high returns and impact such as women's health, active aging, enterprise/AI, POC/Inclusion, and sustainability. Portfolia intends to educate one million new entrepreneurial investors in 5 years and create a multi-billion dollar global network of engaged investors.

Prior to her current role, Costello co-founded the Kauffman Fellows Program Center for Venture Education, the global educational institute preparing the leaders of the venture capital industry, of which she is CEO Emeritus. Earlier, she was the founding president of CVE Capital, a $1.7 billion fund.

Costello, who has been named by Forbes to their "50 Over 50" list, speaks about trends in venture capital investing and female entrepreneurship, and has also given keynote remarks at United Nations and OECD meetings. She has served on the board of UPWARD and the Motley Fool Foundation and is a member of the College Mentor Team of SHE-CAN.
