Urs Meier is a former FIFA football referee who has participated in many international tournaments worldwide, including the World Cup, the European Championships and the UEFA Champions League. For several years he was a commentator on German international football matches with ZDF, Germany’s largest TV station. He speaks on team motivation and decision making. In 2008 he published his best-selling book Du bist die Entscheidung (You Are the Decision).
