Valerie Dixon

A leading expert of learning skills and strategies that leverage learning capacity and capability.

Valerie knows how to help others gain, retain, recall and reuse new knowledge and skills faster, smarter and better. She believes that learning is a skill just like any other skill. Learning competencies can be learned. Learners who know how to learn are like walls that are prepared and primed for paint or wallpaper. The learning sticks and the results are exactly what's needed. The ability to learn faster, smarter and better than everyone else is a major competitive advantage, especially in today's complex, content-heavy, ever- changing, and high tech environments.

Her company, Learnware Design Inc., has been providing clients with creative, custom-designed, and technology-based learning solutions for over twenty-six years. Her team has the expertise to take complex facts, concepts, processes and procedures and make them easy for others to learn and expertly apply.
