VerseCity

VerseCity has played along side numerous National Acts including Gym Class Heroes, Lifehouse, Boys Like Girls, Cobra Starship, The Rocket Summer, Slim Thug and more.

VerseCity officially became a full band in January of 2008. Since then they have played along side numerous National Acts including Gym Class Heroes, Lifehouse, Boys Like Girls, Cobra Starship, The Rocket Summer, Slim Thug and more. VerseCity released their first album, "Epic Sunrise," in March of 2009, but it wasn’t until July of '09 when VerseCity entered Hard Rock Café’s Ambassadors of Rock Battle of the Bands Competition that they realized their true potential. VerseCity fought through several rounds before finishing 2nd place out of 250+ bands nationwide. The band released a rock cover of Ke$ha’s “Tik Tok” calling it “Tik Tok Rok” in 2010. Though it started out as a joke, “Tik Tok Rok” took form and quickly spread around the world reaching as high as No. 7 on the radio charts in Indonesia and made the Billboard 100 in the US. The band is currently building a cult-like fan-base driven around a phenomenal live show. In 2012, the boys released their second album, "Hybrid." Their song "No Better Reason" reached No. 1 on the Indonesian Top 40 charts and their single "Pressure!" reached No. 2. After taking a year off, the band is currently working on a comeback and a third album that they believe will be their best work yet. VerseCity consists of young, hard-working musicians who inspire to rock out and have a good time, while lyrically pushing a positive message.
