Vicki Flier Hudson, speaker and Chief Collaboration Officer for Highroad Global Services, Inc., inspires people to live, work, and build teams across cultures. She has helped countless large-sized corporations establish successful operations between the United States and India or Europe. Vicki is a recipient of Kennesaw State University’s Instructor of the Year award for International Programs and the author of the book Zen and the Art of Offshoring: How to Build a Collaborative and Profitable Team with Your Partners in India. She is a certified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and the Cultural Detective methodology. Vicki has been featured on NBC News, and many of her articles have been published in a variety of magazines.

Previously, Vicki supervised and conducted training for Immucor, Inc., a worldwide blood-bank-automation company with affiliates throughout the globe. She also spent several years as a software analyst in the company IT department, working in the US and Germany during a successful enterprise software implementation.

Vicki has lived and/or worked in Belgium, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Nepal, and Thailand. She has survived a fifty-five-hour train ride across India and ridden a rickshaw, a camel, a cement truck, and buses all over the globe. She has traveled in several countries, including Austria, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, England, Greece, Israel, Jordan, Mexico, and Panama. Vicki is an active member of the Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research (SIETAR) and the German-American Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Board of Directors for The Technology Association of Georgia (TAG). She has also served on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Indo-American Chamber of Commerce for three years.

Vicki’s biggest passion is speaking, and she has presented at conferences around the world on the topics of cultural diversity, doing business in India, building collaborative global teams, and cross-cultural communication.
