She skipped two grades and entered St. Johns University at the age of 15. While in school, she was diagnosed with mitral valve prolapse.

Victoria Gotti and her kids were given a reality TV show, Growing Up Gotti which aired on A&E, but was soon cancelled. Victoria was a columnist for The New York Post and the tabloid magazine, Star.
