Vince has studied under award-winning chefs like Charlie Trotter and Chef Homaro Canto. Now runs the pastry program at Cleveland’s much lauded Greenhouse Tavern. Also helped Chef Homaro create the "Miracle Berry," a natural supplement that allows diners to process bitter and sour tastes as sweet.
