Vince Kadlubek is a co-founder and CEO of Meow Wolf, an art collective that transformed into an award-winning arts and entertainment company that creates large-scale, interactive and immersive art installations. Kadlubek is most interested in co-creating alternative realities and bringing unique, indescribable, transformative art experiences to the world. Since leading Meow Wolf to win the inaugural New Mexico Economic Development Department's Creative Startups competition, Kadlubek has continued to be the force of vision for the company.

Meow Wolf started in 2008 as a small collective of Santa Fe artists sharing an interest in publicly displaying their works and developing their skills together. This collaborative approach blossomed into Meow Wolf's distinctive style of captivating, maximalist environments that encourage audience-driven experiences. There are Meow Wolf exhibitions in Las Vegas, Denver, Washington D.C., and Phoenix.
