Vince Vitiello brings 30 years of top level executive sales and marketing experience in the financial services industry, where he is a known thought leader in multicultural marketing. Beginning his career in sales with MetLife, he held both domestic and international senior sales and marketing positions. He served as President and CEO of Allianz of New York, in addition to his role as Chief Marketing Officer of Allianz of America. During his tenure there, Vince led an initiative to create marketing and diversity awareness for their organization throughout Europe and Australia. Later, Vince served as Chief Marketing and Distribution Executive Vice President for National Life. In his last role, Vince spearheaded a diverse BGA, which in its second year produced over $5m of life premium. He is also an involved board member of the CAIA (Chinese American Insurance Association) and the INN (Interfaith Nutritional Network). Vince currently serves as president of Global Diversity Marketing, where he provides consulting, coaching and business leadership in the burgeoning field of diversity and inclusion. He is a very sought after speaker and helps organizations recognize and access marketing opportunities in the exploding multicultural market as well as other diverse markets.
