Warren Barfield

Christian Artist who's hit song "Love is Not a Fight" was the theme song for the movie Fireproof

At eighteen Warren Barfield used his dorm room as an office and booked one year of concerts. With his parents blessing he loaded his 1995, 4 cylinder, mint green Mustang with a suitcase and a guitar and took his songs on the road. After more than 600 gigs and 200,000 miles, Warren found himself in Nashville, TN signing his first record deal. Since his arrival in Nashville, he has released three records, had five songs top the Christian charts, received two Dove nominations, worked with legendary producers including Brown Bannister, Mark Hammond, Marshall Altman, Charlie Peacock, and Mark Miller. Hes shared the stage with the best of CCM artists from Steven Curtis Chapman and Third Day to Toby Mac. He wrote and recorded Love is Not a Fight which was the theme song for the #1 indie film FIREPROOF. He shares his songs and stories with thousands every year as he tours the country. Warren currently lives in Nashville, TN with his wife Megan and their son Montgomery. Warrens description of his journey goes like this, I have seen every dream I had as a fifteen year old in Spiveys Corner, NC come true.

Ive known Warren for a few years now and he never ceases to amaze me with his great songs. My family and I must have listened to his last record more than any album (including Third Days) in our car together. But what makes his music even better is knowing the great heart that is behind it. - Mac Powell Lead singer for the Grammy award winning band THIRD DAY

I wholeheartedly recommend Warren Barfield for your next concert or event. Ive been able to spend time with Warren in a variety of settings and hes the real deal. It was a pleasure to work with him as a part of FIREPROOF. Warren understands ministry and the local church . My family and I are big fans. - Michael Catt Sr. Pastor Sherwood Baptist Church Executive Producer, FIREPROOF / Sherwood Pictures

Ive been a fan of Warrens since we met at a retreat a couple years ago. He held the audience captive, for sure. An audience can easily get lost in his music, and in the getting lost find something. Im happy to call both Warren and his music friends. - Donald Miller Best selling author of Blue Like Jazz & Searching for God Knows What

Warren Barfields talent shines through, and its a very bright light. - Steven Curtis Chapman
