Wayne Xu is the Chief Operating Officer of Zhong An, a Shanghai-based insurance company. Under the guidance of Xu, Zhong An has grown into an $8 billion firm, with over 7.5 billion policies for around 535 million customers.

Before the founding of Zhong An by Alibaba, Tencent, and Chinese insurer Ping An in 2013, Xu served as a Product Manager for Google, first in China, and then in the United States.

He is a graduate & Masters in Computer Science from Nanjing University and MBA from Tsinghua University.
