Robinson's acting career spans several popular TV series, such as "The Steve Harvey Show" as Regina "Piggy" Grier, "The Game" as Tasha Mack, and "Grey's Anatomy." She also portrayed notable characters in films like "Miss Congeniality," "Two Can Play That Game," and "Flatliners." In 2022, Robinson joined the cast of the Netflix series "Family Reunion" as Joyce and also took on the role of Cruella de Vil in Disney's "Descendants".

Later in 2019, she took the helm as the main host for the Annual African Pride Gospel SuperFest. Robinson remains active in upcoming projects, reprising her role as Tasha Mack in "The Game", and joining the recurring cast of "Poppa's House".
