Wes Sylvester is Director of Cisco Systems' Digital Transformation Group for the Americas. In this position, Sylvester helps businesses use digital and IoT to increase revenue and decrease costs. Sylvester has over 10 years of experience in the industry, and previously held several leadership roles with Siemens Energy Inc.

He earned a B.S. from MSOE in Milwaukee, and a M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School.
