Having come from a family deeply rooted in the hospitality business (Lou Malnati's of Chicago), Malnati found a massive lobby space in New York City's Chelsea neighborhood, teamed up with James Beard Award-winning Chefs Jamie Bissonnette and Ken Oringer, and made it home to the New York outpost of Boston's famed Toro. He plans to transform the Barcelona-style tapas bar into a global brand.
