Will Swillie is President of Cladmen.com. Launching in August 2011, Clad will be an online modern menswear resource and is a strategic collaboration between Esquire magazine and the newly created Growth Brands Division of J.C. Penney Company, Inc.

Mr. Swillie began his career in men’s tailored clothing and furnishings with Saks Fifth Avenue in 1991 and later advanced to positions of increasing responsibility within the Neiman Marcus Group.

Mr. Swillie has also held senior merchandising positions at Polo Ralph Lauren Corp. and most recently Retail Convergence Inc., where he was instrumental in launching the men’s business at online retailer Rue La La.
