During this time, he achieved these results with a 20% reduction in sales personnel. His leadership contributed to his firm being recognized as Small Business of the Year and maintaining the position of top marketing firm in their sector annually. Additionally, he served as Finance Chairman for Newt Gingrich, the former Speaker of the House of the United States Congress.
An accomplished author, Blades has written several influential books, including "Selling: The Mother of all Enterprise." He has also been featured alongside attorney F.
