Michelle Ching is the Founder and CEO of Literator, which allows teachers to capture and analyze data about their students' reading performance. Since its inception, Literator has won awards from the TechStars Startup Weekend, Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, Teach For America, Tech Inclusion, Camelback Ventures, and The Unreasonable Group.

She was recognized as a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree in education.

Ching has a B.F.A. from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, an M.Ed from Loyola Marymount University, and a Certificate of Social Sector Leadership from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
