Mr. Lejiang Xu served as the President of Shanghai Baosteel Group Corporation (SBGC) since December 2004. Mr. Xu served as Vice President of Shanghai Baosteel Group Corporation since 1998. He joined Baosteel Group Corporation in 1982 and has extensive managerial expertise in steel industry. He has been Chairman of Baosteel Group since April 2007. He serves as Chairman of Baojing Enterprise (HK). He has been Chairman at Shanghai Baosteel Group Corporation since January 2007. He served as Chairman of Shanghai Baosight Software Co., Ltd. Mr. Xu served as the Chairman of Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., from December 2007 to March 2010. He served as Chairman of Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., since May 2006 until March 2010. He has been Vice Chairman and Director of Chinese Society for Metals since November 2011. He serves as a Director of China Iron and Steel Association. He has been a Director of Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., since February 2000 and Shanghai Baosteel Group Corporation since 1998. Mr. Xu is a Professor of Level Senior Engineer, PhD Supervisor of Northeastern University. Mr. Xu graduated from Jiangxi Metallurgy Institute in 1982 and went to West Virginia University, USA for further study from 1995 to 1996. He received his MBA Degree from the joint program of Fudan University - University of Hong Kong in 2000.
