Before join Nokia, she was Vice President of Analytics at One to One Global providing analytical consulting to clients including Liberty Mutual, Harvard Executive Education, Nuance etc. Prior that she was Director of Business Intelligence at Monster Worldwide responsible for providing statistical analyses, predictive models and strategy recommendations to support Monsters product strategy, prospects acquisition, customer retention, profit maximization and site optimization.
