Dr. Yom-Tov Samia has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of IC Green Energy Ltd., he Renewable Energy Division at Israel Corporation since January 1, 2007 and serves as its President. Dr. Samia served as the Chief Executive Officer of Primus Green Energy Ltd. Since 2003, Dr. Samia served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Baran Group. Since 2001, Dr. Samia served as a Co-Managing Director of Baran, Head of Operations of various divisions in Baran. Until 2001, he served in senior positions in the Israeli army for 29 years, such as the Chief Officer of the Southern Command. He was Founder of YAM-Deshers. He serves as the Chairman of Primus Green Energy Ltd. and HelioFocus Ltd. He served as the Chairman of the Council for Regulating of Sports Betting. He has been the Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board for Petrotec AG since August 15, 2011 and has been its Member of Supervisory Board since 2009. He serves as a Member of the Board forTrusties at Ben-Gurion University and at the Israel Strategic Dialogue Center of the Netanya Academic College. From 2005 to 2006, Dr. Samia served as a Director and Chairman of the Investment Committee for three pension funds of Harel Insurance Group. Dr. Samia served as a Director of Baran Group Ltd. since 2001. He served as a Director of the following subsidiaries of Baran: Baran Project Construction Ltd., Baran Inbar Projects Ltd. since 1987, Baran Advanced Technologies Ltd. since 1986, Baran Technical Products Management and Marketing Ltd., Baran Industries Ltd. since 1991, Baran Energies International Ltd., Baran Raviv Telecom Ltd., Baran Infrastructure and Construction Ltd., Notev — Management and Operations Ltd., H.A.J.I. Ltd., Baran Engineering and Projects Ltd. since 1983, Meissner-Baran Ltd., Industrial Centers E.O.D. Ltd., LEAD Control Ltd. and Green Anchors Ltd. Dr. Samia holds a B.A. in General Studies from the University of Tel Aviv, Israel, in 1988. He holds an MA in Political Science and Ph.D. in Sociology and Political Science, both from the University of Haifa, Israel in 1992.
