YoungBloodZ is an American Southern rap duo from Atlanta, Georgia, comprising members J-Bo and Sean P (formerly known as Sean Paul, but changed his name to avoid confusion with the Jamaican reggae dancehall artist of the same name).

The two met at Decatur's Miller Grove Middle School, where they started the Attic Crew with some friends. Their debut album, “Against da Grain,” was released by LaFace Records in 1999. It featured the singles “U-Way” and “85,” featuring Big Boi of OutKast and Chris Streng.

YoungBloodZ second album, “Drakin’ Patnaz,” was released in 2003 and reached #1 on the Billboard R&B Albums chart and #5 on the Billboard 200 Albums chart. The duo achieved a major hit with the single, “Damn!” featuring Lil’ Jon, which reached #4 on the Billboard Hot 100 Singles chart and has been their only Top 10 hit to date.

“Ev'rybody Know Me,” their third studio album, was released in 2005. “Presidential” was the first single and “Chop Chop” was the second single.
