Zarrar Sehgal is a Partner and the Co-Head of the Global Asset Finance Group at Clifford Chance NY, the world's largest law firm by revenue. He represents lenders, operating lessors, government agencies, swap providers and underwriters in connection with a wide variety of transportation and other asset-related transactions. He has been recognized as a leader in his field by both Chambers and Legal 500. His advice and counsel are routinely sought out by clients in the US and globally. He serves on the board of directors for TCF, USA, a large non-profit organization dedicated to building schools for underprivileged children in Pakistan. Sehgal is a graduate of Georgetown Law School and Boston University and a member of the New York Bar.
