Specialist in management and communication for development. Is project manager of the company TACTICA 3.0 Marketing and Communication. She has been project director of citizen participation for the improvement of municipal services in the treatment of solid waste, winner of the 2008 Development Marketplace of the World Bank and Civil Society. Part of the Youth Advisory Group New Voices from the World Bank. She has served as Director of Legal and Cooperation of the civil partnership JuventudDes, Coordinator of the image for ReCrea Creative Responsibility of the University of Lima. She is married and has one son.

Ha sido directora del proyecto de participación ciudadana para el mejoramiento de los servicios municipales en el tratamiento de residuos sólidos, ganador de la Feria del Desarrollo 2008 de la Sociedad Civil y Banco Mundial. Integro el Grupo Consultivo Juvenil Voces Nuevas del Banco Mundial. Se ha desempeñado como Directora del Área Legal y Cooperación de la asociación civil JuventudDes, Coordinadora del área de imagen de ReCrea, Responsabilidad Creativa, de la Universidad de Lima. Está casada y tiene un hijo.
