Mr. Shiping Zhang has been Party Secretary of Zouping County Supply and Marketing Cooperation Union ('ZCSU') since March 8, 1998. Mr. Zhang served as Workshop Supervisor, Head of the Production Division, Deputy Head and Head of No. 5 Oil and Cotton Factory. He has four years' experience in aluminum industry since the commencement of aluminum business in 2006. He held the positions of General Manager at Chuangye Group (including its predecessor) from March 1996 to April 1998. He served as Party Secretary and Head of Zouping County Weiqiao Cotton Spinning Factory. Mr. Zhang serves as the chairman of Chuangye Group, chairman of Zouping Supply and Marketing Investment Co., Ltd., Hongqiao Holdings, Profit Long Investment and chairman of Weiqiao Pioneering (Hong Kong) Import & Export Company Limited. He has been the Chairman of China Hongqiao Group Ltd. since January 16, 2011. He has been the Chairman of Weilian Print since June 29, 2003 and Binzhou Weiqiao Aluminum Technology Co., Ltd. since June 2, 2003. He serves as the Chairman of Shandong Weiqiao Garment Co., Ltd., ("Weiqiao Garment"), Shandong Weiqiao Tekuanfu Co., Ltd., Weiqiao Elite Garment Co., Ltd., Shandong Weiqiao Hongyuan Home Textile Co., Ltd., Weihai Xijiao Thermal Power Co., Ltd. and Binzhou Weiqiao Salt Industry Development Co., Ltd. He has been the Chairman of Shandong Weiqiao Dyeing Company Limited ('Weiqiao Dyeing') since July 27, 1994 and Chairman of Weihai Weiqiao since July 25, 2001. He has been the Chairman of Zouping County Daixi Shanzhuang Co. Ltd. since November 5, 2002. He serves as the Chairman of Weiqiao Cotton Spinning Factory. He served as the Chairman of Weiqiao Textile Company Limited (including its predecessor) from May 1998 to October 2000 and Aluminum Technology from December 2002 to September 2007. He has been a Director of Binzhou Industrial Park since November 26, 2001, and Weiqiao Bleach since June 28, 2003. Mr. Zhang is the Founder of China Hongqiao Group and joined Aluminum & Power in December 2002 as a director. Mr. Zhang Shiping has been the director of Shandong Hongqiao since July 1994. He has been a Non Executive Director at Weiqiao Textile Co. Ltd. since November 29, 1999. He served as a Director of Binzhou Weiqiao Technology Industrial Park Company Limited from November 2001 to May 2010. He is recognized as a qualified senior economist by the Shandong Economic Professional and Technical Title Senior Evaluating Committee ( ) in 1989. Mr. Zhang graduated from Anhui College of Finance and Trading and obtained a diploma in cotton testing in 1991.
