TEDx Speaker known for "Millennials, The Struggle is Real", Singer, Poet

Zoe Schneider is a passionate singer, speaker, and poet whose moral compass points her in the direction of service to her local and global communities. A recent Music Business and Management graduate from Berklee College of Music, Schneider involved herself in on campus initiatives during her undergraduate career, such as HeForShe and the Time’s Up movement, two organizations fighting against gender inequality, while acting as a student ambassador and working in the Africana Studies Center, just to name a few. Schneider was honored as a Bill Pierce MLK scholar, a recipient of the Berklee Social Justice award, as well as GLBT Leadership Award for her extensive work in empowering and supporting underrepresented groups on campus. She has expanded her volunteering to the Amala Foundation in Austin, Texas for events such as the Global Youth Peace Summit, and International Peace Initiatives in Meru, Kenya, which provides homes for orphans and vulnerable children, as well as training in peace education and conflict resolution.

Schneider aims daily to use her art as a way to bring people together. With the goal of fostering a deep sense of mutual love and respect capable of awakening the sense of shared humanity, she is a proponent of approaching all people and situations with an inquisitive mind and open heart.
