Besides serving in many advisory capacities, she is a spokesperson for several Reader's Digest do-it-yourself books, along with being an author of several books about home improvement.

Beverly began her career because she was a single parent with four children with little money for home improvements or repairs.  Beverly DeJulio was orginally trained as a dress designer and dressmaker. She had applied many of the techniques she had learned in dress making and designing to home improvement and repair projects. And before she knew it she was conducting seminars and workshops. When speaking to her audience her style is very entertaining and her energy and love of her work are contagious as she inspires and teaches others what she has perfected.

One of Beverly's best qualities is inspiring people, especially women, to save money and feel the pride that comes from a finished project well done. She has found numerous ways of instilling confidence in others by sharing her own personal experiences and how she learned from those experiences.
