She is the bestselling author of "The Gift of Rejection," "Killing Comparison," and "Success from the Inside Out."

Jones is a sought after speaker on the topics of emotional resilience, leadership, and hope in uncertainty who has delivered standing ovation keynotes for Black Enterprise Magazine, US Bank, the United Nations, the United States Attorney General, and more.
