Woods' vision was first honed as a William Morris agent, where he introduced audiences to directors Gus Van Sant, Michael Lehmann, and Todd Solondz, comedians Sam Kinison and Sandra Bernhard, and actors Uma Thurman, Matt Dillon, and Tim Robbins.
