When Don Shapiro Speaks People Learn, Laugh & Leave Inspired
As the President and Founder of First Concepts Consultants, Inc., Revenue Detective Don Shapiro has assisted firms in 30 different industries to improve strategy, marketing, sales and address change since 1985. He is known as the guy who asks the questions that no one else ever asked. A curious nature, a passion for uncovering what causes things to happen and a creative spirit has lead him to make many discoveries about why people buy, closing the sale, how people figure out perceived value and the relationship of strategy and structure.
Don Shapiro gave his first speech before an audience of 800 when he was 14 and they havent been able to stop him since. He has spoken before thousands of groups including businesses, associations and community organizations. He is known for his high energy, interactive and enthusiastic style. Each speech, seminar, workshop or training program Don delivers is customized for the group through phone interviews and a review of written information so it deals with that groups specific situation, challenges and goals.
