Dr. Nycole P. Lyles-Belton was born in Racine, Wisconsin to Bishop Dr. James Washington and Rev. Dr. Ruby Washington. When Dr. Lyles-Beltons Father, accepted the call from God to become a Pastor in Atlantic City, NJ in 1990 she relocated with her family. Dr. Lyles-Belton graduated from Atlantic City High School in 1994 and matriculated into Norfolk State University in Norfolk, VA. with a major in Interdisciplinary Studies and Special Education- Learning Disabled/Mentally Retarded. While attending N.S.U., Dr. Lyles-Belton became a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. in the spring of 1997. She graduated from N.S.U. in December of 1998 and received a Bachelors of Science. Dr. Lyles-Belton enrolled in Capella University in January of 2005 pursuing a Masters Degree in Leadership in Educational Administration. She graduated and received her Masters in April of 2006. She continued as a student at Capella University in their Doctoral Program. During this time was she selected and featured in Capella University Advertisements, which ran in the Atlanta, Ga. area as well in numerous educational journals. Dr. Lyles-Belton graduated with a Ph.D. in Leadership in Educational Administration in August of 2009.

Dr. Lyles-Belton is currently an ordained Reverend. She is affectionately known as a Fire Ball for her fiery messages of encouragement and pursuit of Greater and Greatness in this walk of life. Some of these messages include: Thanks for Making Me a Fighter, Somebodys Gotta Die and Loving in Spite Of. When she is not functioning in her church home she can be found spreading the word in various churches and facilitating numerous workshops and seminars as a Motivational Speaker. She has recently written two books, Loving Me Beyond What My Eyes Can See and 30 Days to Greatness: An Inspirational Journey to the Greatness In You. She is currently writing a book entitled, But I Love Me More: A Guide to Walking Away from Unhealthy Relationships.

Dr. Lyles-Beltons hunger for seeing people as whole being made whole can be seen in her daily walk as well as her daily inspirational messages that are displayed her Facebook Page. She is the Founder and CEO Greatness In You, Inc. which is based on the belief that all are destined for Greatness. It is the desire of Dr. Lyles-Belton to equip and empower those whom she has the opportunity to reach with the necessary tools to assist in the process of achieving sustained greatness. This is a calling that is on the life on Dr. Lyles-Belton and she honors this calling with the utmost importance.
